Membership terms
Routine support, clearly defined.
Parts, oil, filters, replacement fluids, shipping, towing and third-party expenses are additional unless agreed otherwise in writing. Free small repairs are subject to the membership agreement, reasonable-use limits and service availability.
Major repairs, internal engine work and transmission repairs are excluded. Additional work must be quoted and approved before it begins. No service area fees apply to covered membership services while the membership is active and paid up.
Service-area fee
All service quotes and invoices include an applicable service-area fee based on your location. This fee helps cover the travel and service logistics required to reach you.
The fee varies by location. Your applicable service-area fee will be identified in your quote or invoice.
Additional parts, materials, and repairs may be charged separately where applicable. The applicable service-area fee depends on your location and will be stated in your quote or invoice.
